Server Outage: Resolved

6:15am MST - We are working to fix a known server outage.
6:30am - Some requests are running slow due to a DDOS attack.
8:30am - User requests should all be working now.
11:30am - The problem is happening again and we are actively working to prevent it.
2:00pm - Some requests are still failing due to heavy load. Continuing work on long term solution.
10:50pm - Issue should be resolved. We will continue monitoring.

At no point was user data compromised during this attack. We do not keep any sensitive data like credit cards on our servers and the user data we do have was safe as well.

Yea been off and on all morning for me, now 1p.m central time zone. What was weird is that I could type in a card, click search, it would go to the error page, but then if I simply drag down to refresh, it would go through.. that was earlier, though.. and that method no longer works now.

Still encountering the issue. Just started using the site today. Can't believe someone would want to disrupt a site like this, though I guess this would be the time to make the biggest splash--right after Christmas when people new to the hobby are trying to figure it out.

Been using this site for a long time. I'm sure this will be be handled by the competent staff, just hope we don't lose all our collections.

I use this site daily and have never had this issue. I'm sure JJ and his team are working hard to get the site back up and running. The two most powerful warriors are patience and time!

All my fault everyone, I’ve had a bin of games that I’ve been putting off entering into my collection for six months. Finally decided to do it today and…. no! Haha. They’ll get it straightened out soon I’m sure.

Still getting bad gateway when trying to upload data. Very frustrating when it deletes everything you put in because of server issues.
