Track Sales From Your Collection

You can now keep track of what you have sold from your collection.

If you sell an item from your collection. You can now keep track of what you sold, when you sold it, and for how much.

We will keep track of your total sales, your costs, and your total profit too.

You can filter results by category and/or set to see your sales and profit on that category and set. For example, you can see your profitfrom selling Pokemon cards from Ascending Heroes set.

We'll keep track of your sales, costs, and profits over time too. Just like with the collection tracker.

How it Works

Click "Sold" on any collection item


Enter the amount you sold it for
You can change the date sold if needed. It defaults to today.


Navigation from Account Tab. Or


Navigate from My Account Dropdown


View the Sales, Cost, Profit/Loss, and Date Sold


Try out sold collection tracking today

I have found several bugs with this feature right now.
* It tells you to add the number in your local currency, but it adds only in USD.
* I can't remove an item from my collection sold.
* Changing cost won't change the cost at the top table.

@smoergausen - Sorry for any confusion on the value. That should be currency-less instead of showing USD. I will work to get that updated.

You should be able to click "remove" next to the item in your collection sold. Does that not remove the item for you?

If you change the cost and then refresh the page, does the cost update at the top of the table for you?

Hello, tried using the new feature and loving it, but I simply tested out on one of my collection and somehow its stuck there forever. Cant seem to add it back to collection or remove it from "Collection Sold" column. Might be a bug or still developing.

Overall, great work and thank you for all the hardwork! <3

We don't have the capability to "mark as unsold" at this time. You would need to remove from collection sold and then add it back to your collection.

I will look into the bug that doesn't let you remove items from collection sold right now.
